What does it takes to speak with agent, concerning my Microsoft for my subscription and account? Please help!

I have some serious problems with my account and subscription. My Microsoft account email is ******@gmail.com. I had to remove my Microsoft subscription from my computer for some repair work when I tried to re-install it on the computer I kept getting the web page to purchase the products. I tried downloading and installing it, didn't work. I tried calling the custom servicer for help, only to get the computer referring me to the "help support" link. I tried typing my concerns over and over again. No help. I'm a disabled veteran with some help issues and using the computer is not one of my best skills. Because I had to create so many usernames and passwords for my Microsoft accounts, each time I tried to sign in, I was rejected. When I tried to reorder again subscription, my credit card had the wrong information, I need to correct that as well. All I'm asking help for is to install my subscription back on my computer and remove my old username and password, making using Microsoft much better and easier.     I need to speak to a live person regarding the inability of other Teams users to send me a Teams meeting invite as when I receive one, MY Teams app does not update to verify the new Teams meeting on Calander. What is the point of my paying for Teams if this does not occur????!!! I need help and preferably from a living person. I just wasted time calling MS help support which defaulted to not being able to help me and directing me to the web page I used to obtain the phone number to call you. I don't understand why the company does not understand the convoluted logic used to save money...after a loyal customer pays for the opportunity to use the application.

    I would appreciate your help.

    It is indeed very frustrating as some situations are very specific that are not answered in the community forum. I have been going in circles for the past half hour. I need to talk about billing and cannot get to the chat with agent section.

    Have you tried to completely uninstall Office from your PC before installing it back?

    Try to completely uninstall Office 365 using the Microsoft Uninstall tool

    • Download the tools from: https://aka.ms/SaRA-officeUninstallFromPC
    • Run the tool. You will find Office 365 and other Office apps if available
    • So tick that for uninstallation
    • The uninstallation may take 50 minutes.
    • Then restart the PC when done

    If you are still unable to fix the issue, you need to contact the Microsoft support team via http://support.office.com/home/chat, Please follow the steps below to avoid being directed to an AI chatbot.

    Once you click the support link, Type or describe the issue in the search bar Click on the "Get Help" button Click the "Contact Support" button at the bottom of the page Select your option under "Product and services" and "Categories" Choose your Support option, preferably select "Chat with a support agent in your web browser" Enter your email address and Confirm your email again

    Once you do that, a service request will be open and you will need to exercise patience for the Microsoft Support Agent to chat with you live
