Why my Word 365 looks like just white windows?

Why my Word 365 looks like just white windows? And I constantly wait for the apps. Interesting that the higher version the more time you should wait. Why not to focus on development of speed and simplicity
System: MS Surface X, Windows 11 on ARM64

    It is clear there is something wrong, as even the Ribbon is not displaying properly. Probably best to repair the application using the instructions at https://support.office.com/en-us/article/repair-an-office-application-7821d4b6-7c1d-4205-aa0e-a6b40c5bb88b 

    Note that in Windows 11 you need to look for Apps | Installed Apps rather than Apps and Features.

    You can choose another Office Theme via File > Options > General. That should make the Office windows less "washed out."

    I am not aware of a generic issue with slowness in Word. Maybe this is something that you need to ask in the Surface category?
