How to create a digital sign-up sheet?

I would like to create and send a digital sign-up sheet for people outside of my organization that allows them to see 14 slots available with only one person able to sign up in each slot. If someone signs up for one of the slots, I would like it to be visible to everyone on the form, and make it so that no one can sign up for a slot that is taken. Each person can sign-up for more than one slot if they like. I would like to be alerted when people access and fill out the form, and I would like to be able close the form at a certain time. I only need the people signing up to provide their first and last name and email address. They should not be able to edit the number of slots available or any of the formatting of the form or add or remove other people's information from the form. I am thinking Excel Forms through One Drive is the best option for this, but I am struggling to figure out how to manage the settings so people can see other's responses, cannot sign up for the same slot as someone else and cannot edit other people's responses. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

    Dear User,

    Good day!!

I understand your concern and to my knowledge, I am sorry to convey that the requirement you are looking for can’t be achieved via Microsoft Forms because Microsoft Forms can’t show the other user responses to the responders of the Form because the responses are separated and shown in the Responses tab.

Even though the responders won’t be able to edit the questions or number of slots available, where only owner and co-author of the Form can achieve it, but there is no possible to prevent the existing question from choosing the option during the response’s submission.

I agree with you on having the more additional features in the Microsoft Forms will benefit the users and I suggest you to add your valuable idea as a feedback in the Microsoft Forms · Community which is the best place to share our ideas and improve the Microsoft Products.

In addition, I would like to suggest you give a shot by posting your concern in the Microsoft Power Automate Community - Power Platform Community to get the detailed help from the Power Automate experts on the possibility of your requirement.

Appreciate your patience and understanding. Have a great day!!

    Best Regards,

    Sophia
