How can I include a multi-page pdf document in an Excel file?

I have an Excel file that I need to share outside the firm. The recipient requires documentation of expenses recorded with the Excel file. I have a multi-page pdf document that I want to attach to the Excel file. I tried to insert an object into a spreadsheet by selecting Adobe Acrobat and Create from File. I did not select Link or Icon. Only the first page of the pdf shows up in my spreadsheet. How do I get all of them in there?

Embed PDF can only show the content of the first page. This is limitation in Excel.

If you double-click on the file content, the pdf file will be opened up in a separate pdf viewer software.
