Bought Office 2021 from Groupon - trying to download and am asked for a code. Can't find a code.

I had the same thing happen to me today. Did you ever figure out what to do?

I spoke to someone from Microsoft and the code isn’t valid. I contacted Groupon and the seller (Groupon only shows offers and isn’t responsible for the actual product being sold).

This is a complete scam. No one accepted responsibility and I was given ‘sincere apologies’ in an email.

It’s true what they say. “If an offer sounds too good to be true, it probably is”.

Hi, no I was never given a refund. Groupon blamed the seller, the seller said contact Groupon. Normally I don’t write/respond on these blog things but people need to know it’s a scam. Also, look on the Groupon website and you’ll see there’s no phone number to call, only email. They obviously do this for a reason. I will never use Groupon again. Hope this helps and sorry you also were scammed. Spread the word, don’t trust Groupon.

Yes, there is no legal version of Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2021. Microsoft does not and has not ever offered this version of Microsoft Office. It is very clever how they do it.

I was able to obtain my product key code and input that however once that was done there was nothing else to click on to actually :"get apps". Screen was blank and unable to proceed from there.

Sorry for the inconvenience. What code are you inquiring about? Do you mean product key? If yes, I recommend you contact the retailer (Groupon) you purchased for as you should have been issued a license in exchange for the payment you made to them.

If not product key, send a screenshot of the request for code for better understanding.
