    Hello Glenn P,

I'm Shalom and I'd happily help you with your question. In this forum, we are Microsoft consumers just like yourself.

If the Junk Email Options have disappeared from the Home page in Outlook, you can try the following steps to bring it back:

    1. Customize Ribbon:
    • Right-click on the Ribbon at the top of Outlook.
    • Choose "Customize the Ribbon" from the context menu.
    • In the right column, you'll see a list of tabs. Make sure "Home" is selected.
    • Below the right column, you'll find "Choose commands from" dropdown. Select "Main Tabs."
    • Look for "Junk E-mail" in the left column and select it.
    • Click the "New Group" button in the middle to create a new group on the Home tab.
    • Select the new group in the right column.
    • Click the "Add > >" button to add "Junk E-mail" to the new group.
    • Click "OK" to close the dialog.
    1. Reset Ribbon:
    • Go to File > Options.
    • In the Outlook Options dialog, click on the "Customize Ribbon" option on the left.
    • Click the "Reset" button at the bottom-right.
    • Choose "Reset all customizations" and click "OK."
    1. Run Outlook in Safe Mode:
    • Close Outlook completely.
    • Press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog.
    • Type "outlook /safe" and press Enter. This will open Outlook in Safe Mode.
    • Check if the Junk Email Options are visible.
    1. Repair Office Installation:
    • Close all Office applications.
    • Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features.
    • Find Microsoft Office in the list, right-click it, and choose "Change."
    • Select the option to "Repair" the Office installation.

After trying these steps, restart Outlook and see if the Junk Email Options are back on the Home page.

    Best Regards, Shalom

Which version of Outlook are you running? Is it a Windows version? Is it the new or the classic Outlook?
