Apologies for the Spanish text error (Error: "Sorry, we ran into problems opening this item. This might be temporary, but if it happens again you may want to restart Outlook again. The client operation has failed.") but one of our customers complains about having a problem trying to open mails form Outlook. He told me this error occurs sometimes and and there are days when the error does even not happen.

The strange thing is that I have reported that it happens in 2 users out of 30, and I don't know how to proceed or if this error is from the program itself. I would appreciate information about it. I´ve tryed cleaning Roam Cache, cleaning views, rebuilded profile without any results.

It´s on Windows 2019 server Standard version. They are conected by RDP.

    Hello,

This may seem some corruption of the installation or profile in Outlook. I would recommend to try the next:

    1. RESET MICROSOFT OUTLOOK VIEW SETTINGS
On the affected computer run from a CMD window with Admin privilege:
      outlook.exe /cleanviews
      outlook.exe /resetnavpane
    2. CLEAR MICROSOFT OUTLOOK’S CACHE
Navigate on File Explorer to the path: %localappdata%\Microsoft\Outlook\RoamCache
Select all the files inside the folder and click the trash icon at the top to delete them.

Now you test if the issue is resolved.

In case the issue reappears, let's proceed with the next action regarding the user profile:

    1. REPAIR YOUR OUTLOOK PROFILE
Open Outlook and click the File menu in the top left corner.
In the Info tab, expand Account Settings and select Account Settings.
Under the Email tab, select the account you’re having issues with and click on Repair.
      Hit Repair to confirm.

And if the issue still persist, try a complete outlook repair using the next steps:
Step 1: Press the Windows key + R to launch the Run command. In the Open field, type appwiz.cpl and press Enter.
Step 2: In the Programs & Features window, locate Microsoft Office Suite or Microsoft 365. Right-click on it and select Change.
Step 3: Select Quick Repair or Online Repair and click the Repair button to continue.

When the process finishes, you can access normally to outlook.

    Hi LimitlessTechnology-0326,
Thank you for the answer. I have some few questions before doing what you posted.
1º. Do I have to follow the order that you have indicated or is it indifferent to the result?
2º. In relation with the first question, i have cleaned the views with those commands, and the Roam cache too, i recreated the profile but without any order and positive results (Though maybe was an .ost file problem). Thats why my first question is asked, because maybe i need to follow a logical order.
3º. When i try to repair the account, just appears like beign disabled (Maybe is a gpo from the server blocking it?):

    Any indication is thankful.
