Odd that it would suddenly start. I assume when you say multiple mice that you are using different brands of mice so you can exclude any "gaming software" settings that tend to come with mice from Logitech or similar.
Go to your mouse settings in Windows (type Mouse
in the search bar). Then go to "Additional mouse options" and check the ClickLock
and Double click
options. See if these resolve the issue.
If you recently installed gaming software like headset/mouse/joystick programs then try disabling/removing them. If you're using a wireless mouse then try using a wired to see if the problem goes away.
If not then I'm not sure what might be the cause.
