Windows Hello is setup and enabled (finger print and facial)

The PC is a lenovo thinkpad x1 on a domain. The group policy has been updated to enable Facial recognition, fingerprint and PIN, but when my machine locks neither fingerprint or facial will unlock it. I have to enter my user name and password at the login screen. Suggestions on how to do more digging to see why its not working?

Ok, so i ran the trouble shooter and made sure that all updates are applled. The troubleshooter came with the good checkmarks.

Interesting note though, I clicked the "contact support" button on the troubleshooter and then used the sign in with HELLO and it came back saying you can't signin with a work or school account. I also have a personal account and then used that to sign to support - that worked.

Is it a limitation of Hello, that i can't use with a business account on a domain?

Kindly run Windows Hello Troubleshooter. Make sure all the related drivers are updated.
