how do I log into 365 basic on my computer? It is asking for a product key but all I have is an order number. Is there a different version i need to download and if so, where do I find it?

I just bought a new Aspire 3 laptop w/ windows 11 and I ordered 365 Basic for $2 per month but when I try to open excel it is asking for a product key or to try the free trial for one month. There is no version of product called basic on the main site, and I want to know how to proceed. I don't need the full 365 as my own private use will be very limited, so $2 a month is what I am looking to spend

Is there a 365 basic version I need to download, and if so, where do I find it?

If not, how do I get logged on to my subscription to use 365 Basic?

    When you are at OneDrive how many GBs does it show, 5Gbs (which would be without Microsoft 365) or 100Gbs, which Microsoft 365 Basic gives you.

    Hi, sorry but Microsoft 365 basic is 100GB cloud storage and includes an email account. It is not the same as Microsoft 365 Personal or Family: Compare All Microsoft 365 Plans (Formerly Office 365) – Microsoft Store

    You should be able to use online version at your One Drive. Do you have a OneDrive Icon on the taskbar. Click on>View online:
