Did you find this license in your account? If yes, I will suggest you check your installed programs to confirm if this license is still installed, if it isn't, use the steps below to reinstall your Office license.
- Go to www.office.com and if you're not already signed in, select Sign in.
- From the Office home page select Install Office.
- Select Install (or depending on your version, Install Office>).
- This completes the download of Office to your device. You can now proceed to install Office.
- Once you're done installing Office, you can then sign in your Microsoft account associated with this license to activate Office apps.
