The BSOD indicates a memory reference issue. Unfortunately without the crash dump it would be nearly impossible to diagnose this. It is generally tied to a bad driver but the crash dump has that information.
During a Windows setup I don't know how to get to the crash dump. If this is occurring while the system is online then after a reboot you can grab it from the file system.
If this is happening while you're resetting Windows and you don't have a valid install anymore then your options are limited. Remove any unnecessary devices to cut down on what is getting installed. This might include removing your dedicated graphics card temporarily if necessary.
If it still crashes then it is possible you have an actual memory issue instead. You can try swapping out, or reordering your memory chips to see if you get past the setup. Then (or in lieu of) run a memory test to check to see if the memory is bad.
