Hello Kayla,
Thank you for reaching out to this forum. I'm Ravi, just like you, a fellow Microsoft user and I'm here to help you with your question today.
Could you please login into your Microsoft account and verify if you have any subscription or recurring monthly bill existing?
Step 1: Sign in to Office with the right account
If Office asks you to sign in, enter the account you used to buy Office.
You'll see "We couldn't find any Office products" if you use the wrong address.

Step 2: Check your subscription status
If your subscription has expired, you'll see "We couldn't find any Office products." Renew your subscription to use Microsoft 365.

If you don't have any ongoing subscriptions, please verify the order history.
- Sign in to account.microsoft.com with your Microsoft account. If you have more than one account, make sure you're signed in to the correct Microsoft account for those purchases.
- Select Payment & billing>Order history, then, under Refine, select the order and date range you want.
- Look for charges with a status of Completed or Redeemed. Charges with a status of In progress haven’t been posted to your payment option yet.

Hope this information would be useful to you. Please feel free to get back if you need any additional info.
Thank you!
