Hi there - I'm trying to find out what I'm paying 16.99 a month for AND who authorized it? I looked back on my credit card bill and apparently MicroSoft has been charging me monthly for a long time.

I have the HUP program from work so I paid a one time fee.

Your daughter signed up for Xbox game pass. It is billed monthly at $16.99. Get her to log into the xbox game pass page and cancel it.

    Hello Kayla,

Thank you for reaching out to this forum. I'm Ravi, just like you, a fellow Microsoft user and I'm here to help you with your question today.

Could you please login into your Microsoft account and verify if you have any subscription or recurring monthly bill existing?

Step 1: Sign in to Office with the right account If Office asks you to sign in, enter the account you used to buy Office. You'll see "We couldn't find any Office products" if you use the wrong address. https://support.microsoft.com/office/0d23d3c0-c19c-4b2f-9845-5344fedc4380#bkmk_signin

Step 2: Check your subscription status If your subscription has expired, you'll see "We couldn't find any Office products." Renew your subscription to use Microsoft 365. https://support.microsoft.com/office/0d23d3c0-c19c-4b2f-9845-5344fedc4380#bkmk_checksubscription

If you don't have any ongoing subscriptions, please verify the order history.

    1. Sign in to account.microsoft.com with your Microsoft account. If you have more than one account, make sure you're signed in to the correct Microsoft account for those purchases.
    2. Select Payment & billing>Order history, then, under Refine, select the order and date range you want.
    3. Look for charges with a status of Completed or Redeemed. Charges with a status of In progress haven’t been posted to your payment option yet.
