    Hi Ron

    Thanks for your reply.

I have no recovery code and can only access through the App. where do I find this ?

Microsoft account security page and selecting "Get a new code" under the recovery code section.

Hello Jacob E, thanks for coming into forums. I'm Myk, an Independent Advisor and I'll be more than happy to help you.

RonBarker definitely provided very helpful information which may help you gain your account access again.

Just to confirm, are you trying to login to your personal email account? Or it's a Work/School provided email login?

If it's from a Work/School provided login, you may also reach out to the IT Admin of the organization/company. This will allow them to remove the previous authenticator setup to your account, so you can configure it to your new iPhone.

    Kind Regards, Myk

    Hi Jacob,

If you're using a personal email account, were you able to follow the steps suggested by Ron?

    Kind Regards, Myk

If you have lost access to your authentication app and do not have your QR code or recovery code, you can still regain access to your Microsoft account by visiting the Microsoft account security page Advanced Security Options and selecting "Get a new code" under the recovery code section. This will generate a new recovery code that you can use to regain access to your account. Once you have access to your account, you can set up a new authentication app and generate a new QR code for future use.

Recovery code You can use this code to access your account if you lose access to your sign-in info. Print this out and keep it in a safe place or take a picture of it. Generate a new code

If you have lost access to your authentication app and do not have your QR code, you can still regain access to your Microsoft account by using your recovery code. Your recovery code is a unique code that you received when you set up two-step verification for your account.

To use your recovery code, go to the Microsoft account security page and select "I don't have any of these" when prompted for your verification method. Then, enter your recovery code and follow the prompts to regain access to your account.

If you do not have your recovery code, you can request a new one by going to the Microsoft account security page and selecting "Get a new code" under the recovery code section. You will need to verify your identity before a new code can be issued.
