Where can I get the visio 2019 64 bit msi? I have purchased it for my windows desktop and have the product key (from staples). I and want to re-install it on the same machine, but I get the message "This product key has already been used. Install from your Microsoft account" It doesn't matter if I log into the account associated with the PC or not.

Please log into your Microsoft account through the website linked below and go to your purchase history.
From there you should see the programs that you have the license for and be able to download them directly to your PC.
