You left out one crucial step. Let's call it 1A: Close your Mac, switch to your WINDOWS PC, then ....
- Open PowerPoint and go to the "Insert" tab.
- Click on "Photo Album" in the "Images" group.
- In the "Photo Album" dialog box, click on "File/Disk" to select the images you want to insert.
There's no Photo Album feature in Mac PowerPoint. If you want to answer questions like this, you need to Think Different or let someone else handle it. ;-)
