Hi all,
I have tested the situation in Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise (Current Channel, Version 2310 and Version 2311) and I can reproduce it in Version 2311 Build 17029.20068, but can't reproduce it in Version 2310.
Based on the situation, we will send feedback on our side. Also, I recommend you:
- Please report the problem to your admin or IT department. They can raise a support ticket via Microsoft 365 Admin Center> Support> New service request. That support team there will have the correct channel and resources to help you investigate more and contact our development team.
- You can send feedback to Microsoft via File> Feedback> I Don't Like Something. Feedback submitted in this way directly goes to the related team. Your feedback will encourage the related team to work on the problem and investigate to fix it.
Currently, one workaround that can fix it is to revert your Office version to a previous version (such as Version 2310 Build 16924.20150). If you are IT or you have admin permission for your device, you can try the steps in this article to revert your Office to an earlier version of Office. If you are not, please contact your admin or IT department.
The target version="16.0.16924.20150"
For other earlier Office versions, please view this article: Update history for Microsoft 365 Apps (listed by date)
Sorry for the inconvenience that happened to you. Appreciate your understanding and patience.
Sincerely,
