Hi, hope you're doing well. I need some help figuring out how to create a company directory using Microsoft tools. We want a list with our clients' phone numbers and email addresses that all my colleagues can easily access.

Can you guide me on how to set this up and make sure it works smoothly with our existing Microsoft stuff? We really want everyone on the team to be able to check and update client info easily.

Any step-by-step instructions or recommendations you can give would be awesome.

As noted Access may be a good tool for this. But there are some questions that need to be answered/

Are all members of the team on the same LAN?

What other Microsoft products do you want to interface with.

A simple Access database with a table of clients and their info is very easy to do.

The image below is a customers form from a database I developed with my American partner some years ago for a company in the USA.

This little demo file Illustrates how a set of 'normalized' tables, each modelling a specific entity type, are designed and related to each other to make up the 'physical model' for the database.  It also illustrates how data is entered and/or retrieved through forms like the above, and much more.  The model used in the demo is as below:

Microsoft Access should be a great tool for creating this. However, we won’t build the application for you. Consider searching for contact management application. There may be an Access template that would be a good start.
