Whenever I log in, I am being asked to download 365. It is downloaded on 4 devices. Why the prompts? Anyone?

    Hi CaptainCam,

Thank you for reaching out to us. I am Blessing, an independent advisor here and a Microsoft user like you.

I am sorry for this inconvenience. First, you need to confirm what Office you have on your computer by opening Word app or any Office app and click File and click Account. You will find information about Office installed and also if the product is activated.

If you have Office 365 installed, you can try running the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant for Windows to identify and fix activation issues, follow steps below:

    1. Click the link to download tool on PC: https://aka.ms/SARA-OfficeActivation-OF
    2. Select Install to start the installation.

The Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant opens in a new window. Select I agree to accept the Microsoft Services Agreement.

    1. Select Yes to allow the app to make changes to your device.
    2. Follow the prompts to troubleshoot your Office activation issue.
