Use the AutoCorrect function. Click File > Options > Proofing > AutoCorrect Options > AutoCorrect.

In the Replace box, enter \m. In the With box, enter the replacement text.

    Click the Add button.

When you return to the document, the replacement will be triggered if you type \m and then press the SpaceBar, or add punctuation and press the SpaceBar.

Note that AutoCorrect entries are saved by language. You'll see the active language in the title bar of the dialog box.

There are two functions with similar names: AutoText and AutoCorrect. Both can be useful for repeating text snippets ore even drawings or whole sections. Create reusable text snippets

AutoText is a Building Block and you can use the AutoComplete feature with it or can attach keyboard shortcuts or can have it show up in menus with choices.

AutoCorrect, as shown by Stefan, probably is what you are looking for but you should explore building blocks as well.
