A weird charge from Microsoft?

I have a charge for $16.99 today on my bank statement that says 'NNT Microsoft*14DA8301MSBILL.INFO WA'. I checked my Microsoft and Xbox accounts and both say I don't have any recent transactions. I also have another for the same charge amount exactly one month earlier that says 'Microsoft*14 day trial 425-6816830 WA'. Does anyone know what these are? Any help would be much appreciated, thanks!

Thank you. Apparently, it is from another Microsoft account.

You must contact Microsoft support for the same, as this is a user-user support forum.

Hi again! Whenever I go to the Microsoft billing page, all it says is I have no purchases or subscriptions for the past three months...I'm suspicious that someone signed up for an Xbox ultimate game pass trial in November (it charges $16.99 a month after the trial ends) but I thought it would say it in my Microsoft subscriptions but, like I said, it doesn't :(

Hi Sumit! I only have a Xbox console and an android phone (and no children). I do have roommates so I plan on asking them when I get home. I assumed it was a reoccurring charge from a '14 day trial' but both my Microsoft and Xbox accounts aren't showing that I have any subscriptions...so I'm a bit confused. Thanks for your help!

Hi Candi, I am Sumit, and I will gladly assist you today. Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

Seems like from an app trial - is your PC used by someone else too, like your children?

    Please keep us posted.

    Thanks Candi.

Are you able to see anything at https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders page?
