I have had a few modifications to windows due to windows searching and other issues.
I am back to my daily backup after Microsoft did the amendments.
I am not sure if I have captured all my documents.
I am using OneDrive but have click each folder, so the files are both on my laptop as well as in the cloud Dark green tick.
When resetting up my backup I noticed the file was too small so was not sure if I had captured all my documents. So now I have just clicked on Graeme Stevens's Libraries but the backup will not run until tonight to see if the backup file size changes.
Below is a snap of the folders I have selected for my backup.
If you click on the Graeme Stevens's Libraries you get
Does anyone know by selecting Graeme Stevens's Libraries will it pick up all my documents that are linked with OneDrive.
I just do not want to wait until I have a problem to find I have never backed up my documents mainly the ones linked to OneDrive.
I guess a further question is I get the impression that this windows 7 back up is not going to be continued by Microsoft so not sure what I will need to run once this happens. I once used File History but using Fike History and OneDrive it all got a bit too much for me and probably the laptop.

Graeme

Hi CraigLong
Thanks for reply, I was thinking why am I wasting space doing an image as I have the programs so as you say just reload seems a smarter idea.

I use OneDrive. I am not that familiar with the old Windows 7 Backup tool so we both need to watch this:
Hello Graeme,
Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.
It's great to hear that you are taking steps to ensure that your important documents are backed up. When you select "Graeme Stevens's Libraries" for backup, it should include all the documents that are linked with OneDrive. However, to be sure, you can check the file path of the documents you want to back up and ensure that they are located within the Libraries folder.
Regarding your concern about the Windows 7 backup, Microsoft has indeed discontinued support for this feature. However, Windows 11 has a built-in backup feature called "File History" that you can use to back up your files. You can also consider using third-party backup software if you prefer.
I hope this information helps. Let me know if you have any further questions or concerns so I can help more.
