    HI Clem18,

Thanks for contacting us, I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble with syncing all your email accounts. This can be annoying when you want to check and manage your emails from different providers and devices. Let me try to help you with some possible solutions. There are a few ways to sync all your email accounts, depending on the type of accounts and the app or device that you are using. Here are some common methods that you can try:

    • If you are using the Mail app on Windows 10, you can add and sync multiple email accounts, including Yahoo, Gmail, and Microsoft 365. To do this, open the Mail app and click Settings (the gear icon at the bottom left). Then, click Manage accounts > Add account and choose the type of account that you want to add. Enter your email address and password and follow the prompts to complete the setup. You can also customize your sync settings for each account by clicking Manage accounts > select the account > Change mailbox sync settings.
    • If you are using Outlook on your computer or mobile device, you can also add and sync multiple email accounts, including Yahoo, Gmail, and Microsoft 365. To do this, open Outlook and go to File > Add Account (on your computer) or Settings > Add Account (on your mobile device). Enter your email address and password and follow the prompts to complete the setup. You can also customize your sync settings for each account by going to File > Account Settings > select the account > Change (on your computer) or Settings > select the account > Sync Settings (on your mobile device).
    • If you are using Gmail on your computer or mobile device, you can add and sync multiple email accounts, including Yahoo and Microsoft 365. To do this, open Gmail and go to Settings > Accounts and Import > Add a mail account (on your computer) or Settings > Add account > Other (on your mobile device). Enter your email address and password and follow the prompts to complete the setup. You can also customize your sync settings for each account by going to Settings > Accounts and Import > Check mail from other accounts (on your computer) or Settings > select the account > Sync frequency (on your mobile device).

I hope this helps you sync all your email accounts.

    Warm Regards, Sola.
