Can I get more than 1Tb storage with OneDrive?

Hello everyone,

I hope you're all doing well.

I currently have a "personal" Microsoft account with the free plan. I'm interested in upgrading to a paid plan linked to my personal account to get more storage on OneDrive.

From what I gather, there's only a paid plan that provides 1TB of space (or alternatively, the Family plan which still offers a maximum of 1TB per member).

Is it possible to have 2 or more TB available with a Microsoft account? How can I request additional storage?

Thanks in advance.

Click on your Storage Meter in the bottom left corner in OneDrive on the web to open the Manage Storage section. Here you can click on "Get more storage" to add additional storage to your subscription.

This direct link should take you there as well; https://onedrive.live.com/?ocid=cmmti3rc7hf&v=upgrade

I'm not sure how often you can add additional storage to your subscription to go beyond the 2TB limit. However, you can then also consider obtaining a business license which can grant you up to 5TB or even 25TB (depending on the subscription).

Hi, as you currently are you have 5GBs of OneDrive storage. You can purchase up to 100GBs for £1.99 per month. Or you can purchase Microsoft Personal 365 which has maximum 1TB. That is the limit per user even with Microsoft 365 Family. See Business plans 1TBs Compare All Microsoft 365 Plans | Microsoft
