    Hello Adrian Paul Olescu,

Thank you for posting back and sharing with me the detailed information. I will help you further.

May I know if you can use the same Microsoft account to sign in Microsoft 365 home page https://www.office.com ?

If yes, to further troubleshoot this Office activation issue, you may temporarily turn off Firewall, proxy settings and antivirus software on your computer, then try sign in your account in Office apps to activate Office again.

For detailed steps, please refer to this article.

If same error code persists, you may also try switching to a different Windows account, then sign in Windows, install Office apps and try activating it. For reference: Download and install or reinstall Microsoft 365 or Office 2021 on a PC or Mac - Microsoft Support

This way helps you determine whether this issue only occurs in a specific Windows user profile.

Welcome to post back if you have any update. I'll be glad to help you further.

Thanks for your time and cooperation! Hope you have a nice day!

    Sincerely,

    Tina | Microsoft Community Moderator
