I have a microsoft 365 personal 2023 lifetime license for 5 users but getting error

Hi team,

I have recently purchased a new laptop and Microsoft office 365 Lifetime license for 5 devices in the month on october 2023, dowloaded microsoft office 365 and was working fine with this user ID - ******@office365pro02.onmicrosoft.com. Suddenly its stopped working since 10 days and showing the Pop us to ask help desk or contact my admin to assign license for this. Request you to help me resolve this.

    O365 is a subscription licence usually paid annually, but it could be monthly

    Are the other devices Laptops/PC's and your own devices or members of your Family?

    If your own devices on the other PC you install O365 via the MS account

    And if Family you send them the sharing link for them to install O365

    The lifetime version is O2021

    Hello,

    Just to clarify, what license do you have? There is no lifetime license for Microsoft 365.

    Is this a personal account or a business account as you mention there is a pop-up asking to contact your admin?
