How do you recover a lost/deleted sheet on an excel spreadsheet?

I have a MacBook Pro Using excel 2011, I have lost a very important sheet on a spreadsheet. I am trying to recover a lost/ deleted sheet. Most of what I can find includes the files/ info tab which I do not have. PLEASE HELP.

    The best case scenario is that you may have inadvertently hidden the worksheet. Right-click any other worksheet tab yo see if the UnHide command is active. If so, select it then click OK to unhide the sheet.

    Otherwise...

    Worksheets deleted from workbook files are not sent to the Trash or retained elsewhere. Neither can it be Undone other than by closing the workbook without saving provided the file has not been saved since the sheet was deleted.

    If the file is saved on OneDrive you should be able to recover a previous version.

    Similarly, if saved locally a prior version can be restored if you have Time Machine active.

    Unfortunately, even if successful none of those options will include other recent changes made to the workbook.

    Use Time Machine to restore the most recently saved version that has the missing worksheet.

    Tell Time Machine to keep both copies. Open the older one, then right click on the desired sheet tab. From the Menu choose Move or Copy and choose the workbook that is missing the sheet and it will either move or be copied (depending on which option you choose) to the newer workbook.

    workbook is saved on mac. All the other sheets are there, but one is missing.

    It depends where the workbook is stored. On your Mac? OneDrive? Flash drive? Network drive? Where is it?
