To get the "Word" icon on your desktop, you can follow these steps:

    1. Click on the "Start" button on your Windows desktop.
    2. Type "Word" in the search bar and select "Microsoft Word" from the search results.
    3. Right-click on the "Microsoft Word" icon and select "Pin to Start" or "Pin to Taskbar" to add it to your desktop.

If you have already downloaded Microsoft Office Home and Student 2021, you should be able to find the Word and Excel programs in your Start menu. You can also search for them using the search bar in the Start menu. If you still cannot find them, you may need to reinstall the software or contact Microsoft support for further assistance.
