Missing option " Mail Days to Sync" on IOS Outlook App

I also have this issue, but to clarify, it is with the built-in Mail app (not Outlook) in both my iPhone and iPad. There is no “days to sync” with a BT Internet account as there used to be and in fact, contrary to the reply of the moderator, it currently has over 1000 emails and over a month old.

By contrast, the hotmail email account does have the “days to sync” option

My iPad is on iOS 17..1.2 and my iPhone is 16.7.2.

For me, it seems to have been a problem since iOS 17.x came out along with iOS 16.7.x

After thorough research and consulting, it has been determined that there is currently no " Mail Days to Sync" option in Outlook IOS App, Outlook for iOS will only sync emails for the last 30 days or 1000 items per folder.
