Standing instruction for payment

Hi,

I have created azure account with payment option given my debit card from ICICI, after given all the details of my card, Rs 2 was deducted for the free account, but later after 1 hr, i have received sms and mails from ICICI bank for monthly Standing Instruction with maximum amount Rs 200000 which is un believable and not acceptable from microsoft.

I am getting surprise that how come my debit card information accepted by microsoft for the account creation, even if i could have entered ICICI credit card, why there is sms from bank for the standing instruction for the amount from next month onwards if we personally not managing the transaction by cancelling,

I have tried couple of time to discuss with ICICI bank, could not able to cancel that through ICICI portal, I am requesting Microsoft not to process any kind of transaction on my ICICI debit card.

Requesting to call me back on the given number.

Thanks,

Mukesh Kumar

hi, i also got same messages.

You can cancel the standing instruction through ICICI portal.

there is cards/loans --> credit card ---> standing instruction --> it will redirect to other portal.

there you can edit or cancel the mandate.
