    Hi Natalie P,

Thank you for reaching out to us. I am Blessing, an independent advisor here and a Microsoft user like you.

I understand that you are looking to switch from Microsoft 365 Personal subscription to a Business subscription.

Kindly find steps below to walk you through how to do this:

Step 1: Buy a Microsoft 365 for business plan.

    Step 2: Create user accounts.

Step 3: (Optional) Users migrate Outlook information to their new Microsoft 365 for business email account.

Step 4: (Optional) Users migrate their OneDrive files to OneDrive for Business.

Step 5: Cancel your Microsoft 365 Personal subscription.

Kindly find link below for guidance on how to perform these steps: https://support.microsoft.com/office/9322ffb8-a35d-4407-8ebe-ed6ea0859b9f

    Hope this helps!

I don't speak tech. I need to talk with an individual who can speak English reasonably well.

This individual needs to walk me through the steps necessary to: (1) upgrade my 365 Personal subscription to either 365 Business Basic or 365 Business Standard (need help determining which is best for me); (2) selectively transfer existing files from my 365 Personal to whichever 365 Business Basic or Standard--whichever one is chosen; (3) set up two email addresses in Outlook: ******@jlesterlaw.com and ******@jlesterlaw.com; (4) create a webpage for my law practice, www.jlesterlaw.com (purchased through Google but not set up); (5) Set up my calendar in Outlook; (6) Set up Outlook to interface with Zoom, Webex, What's App, and Google Meet (if possible); (7) Set up Outlook to interface with Adobe Acrobat Pro, Dropbox, and OneNote; (7) Make sure Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, OneDrive, Defender, McAfee, and Authenticator interface with one another; and (8) Discuss how Skype is better and less expensive than other video conferencing options (and if better, interface it with the other programs.

Please respond to this request as soon as possible. Thanks,

    JHL

    Hi Jack:

    Thank you for reaching out.

I have been informed that Microsoft will process the migration for free. The information you sent implies that I process the migration. I would prefer taking Microsoft up on the offer to process the migration for me as offered. Could you provide me with a URL where I could get the process going?

    Thanks again for your help!
