Hi,

I'm new to Microsoft Forms and have managed to compile a questionnaire for the company I work for to get customer feedback on our performance but I am

unable to edit/change the colour or font in the header text to match our company logo, is there something I am missing to enable this feature?

I am accessing Forms through my company login detail which was set up for myself.

Many thanks

    Dear Alvin,

    Good day!!

Apologies for the inconvenience caused and please don’t worry, let’s work together on your concern and move towards a resolution path.

I understand your concern and I would like to convey that to change the Font color of the Microsoft Forms header, we need to double-click on the Microsoft Form Header> Select the complete text in the Header> Ctrl + A> Change the color.

If there is any misunderstanding, we apologies and request you to share the more detailed information with some screenshots which will help us to better understand and guide you further.

Appreciate your patience and understanding. Have a great day!!

    Best Regards,

    Sophia

    Hi Sophia,

    Thanks for your reply.

I have tried what you suggested in both Chromes' "Incognito Window" & Edges' "InPrivate Window" with no success. It looks like I will have to raise a support ticket with the Office 365 admin centre.

Many thanks for your time in trying to resolve this issue for me.

    Regards.

    Alvin

    Hi Sophia,

    Thanks for your reply.

I'm definitely in the "Questions" part of the form and have produced the form under my works account (see below) but I still don't have the option to edit the text as above which seems a little strange.

How can I check that my organisation has given me the correct privileges to edit this form I created?

    Regards

    Dear Alvin,

Thanks for writing back and updating with us.

As per the further updates, the screenshot you have attached is the response submission page of the Form and I have done simple test, here is the similar screenshot as you have shared:

So, to edit the Form header (text in the Yellow color) and Form description (text in the green colour), you need to go to the Form with the Questions and Responses tab, where you need to double-click on the Header> Select the complete text> Click Ctrl + A> Change the Font size and color as per your requirement.

However, if you not having access to the Form, I am sorry to convey that it’s not possible to format the Font color of the Form Header, Form Description, Form Questions, where you need you to contact the owner of the Form for making the changes to the Font Color.

If still there is any misunderstanding, we are sorry and request you to share the more detailed information such as recording the video of the problem and sharing it with us by uploading to any cloud location and sharing the link with us.

Appreciate your patience with us and have a great day!!

    Best Regards,

    Sophia

    Hi Sophie,

Thank you for getting back to me.

The header text I am having trouble with is the one right at the top of the page (the white text highlighted in the upper light blue section - see screenshot), whatever I do, I can't seem to edit this text/section.

I have removed our company name and logos just for security reasons.

    Regards,
