Hello! ArnoldRoth
Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community
If Windows Defender is blocking the .DLL file, it may be because it has been flagged as a potential threat. You can try adding an exclusion for the file in Windows Defender to allow it to run. Here's how:
- Open Windows Security by clicking on the shield icon in the taskbar or by searching for it in the Start menu.
- Click on "Virus & threat protection" in the left-hand menu.
- Under "Exclusions," click on "Add or remove exclusions."
- Click on "Add an exclusion" and select "File."
- Browse to the location of the .DLL file and select it.
- Click "Open" to add the exclusion.
Once you've added the exclusion, try running the program again. I hope this helps!
Thank you,
Vince
