Excel Workbook Compatibility Issues

My computer contains excel version 2303 and I created a project with many different macros and objects in this version. I am now trying to use the project I created on another computer that has been updated to Excel version 2311. For some reason, the project will not work on this computer even though the version is more recent than mine. These are the issues that I am running into:

Some formatting on charts in this workbook is not supported in earlier versions of Excel and will not be displayed.
Earlier versions of Excel only support line colors from the color palette. When the workbook is opened in an earlier version of Excel, all line colors will be mapped to the closest color in the color palette, and a chart may display multiple series in the same color.
There are Query elements in this workbook that will not be editable or refreshable in earlier versions of Excel.
One or more functions in this workbook are not available in earlier versions of Excel. When recalculated in earlier versions, these functions will return a #NAME? error instead of returning calculated results.
This workbook has label information that will be lost or not visible if the file is saved as an earlier Excel format.
A table style is applied to a table in this workbook. Table style formatting cannot be displayed in earlier versions of Excel.
A table in this workbook is connected to an external data source. Table functionality will be lost, but the data remains connected. If table rows are hidden by a filter, they remain hidden in an earlier version of Excel.
Some cells or styles in this workbook contain formatting that is not supported by the selected file format. These formats will be converted to the closest format available.
One or more charts in this workbook contain objects that have been filtered out and are now hidden. These charts will retain full fidelity in the selected file format, but filtered out parts of the chart will not be saved.
One or more charts in this workbook contain objects that have been filtered out and are now hidden. Earlier versions of Excel will not support the ability to filter the objects back into the chart.
There are Query elements in this workbook that will not be editable or refreshable in earlier versions of Excel without the latest Power Query add-in.

I need help figuring out how to make this project accessible on other computers, it works completely fine on mine and so I am lost as to what the issue is and how to fix it

It seems like the issue you are facing is due to compatibility issues between different versions of Excel. When you create a project in a newer version of Excel, it may contain features that are not supported in older versions.

To make your project accessible on other computers, you can try the following:

    1. Save the project in a compatible format: You can try saving the project in a format that is compatible with the older version of Excel. To do this, click on File > Save As, and select the file format that is compatible with the older version of Excel.
    2. Remove unsupported features: You can try removing any features that are not supported in the older version of Excel. For example, you can remove any chart formatting that is not supported, or any functions that are not available in the older version.
    3. Upgrade the other computer: If possible, you can try upgrading the other computer to the same version of Excel that you are using. This will ensure that there are no compatibility issues.
    4. Use Excel online which supports most of the functions and keeps all the users with same version.

The current project is on Version 2303 Build 16227.20318 and the computer we want the use the project on is Version 2310 Build 16924.20180

My apologies I had thought it was 2311, however it's still more recent than the version I built it on so I thought that it would work properly

The version number is not the meaning of which one is the latest. You may need to check if that feature is available on that version.

Could you share us the version of both?

So I created the project in version 2303, the other computer I want to run it on has been updated to version 2311. However, the compatibility issues have not gone away - is this supposed to happen?
