    Hi Deeksha,

Thank you for reaching out to this forum. I'm Utkarsh and as a fellow Microsoft user, I'm here and ready to help you today.

To have commercial use of Power BI, you will need to purchase either the Pro or Premium subscription. The basic free version of Power BI is not intended for commercial use. Here are the details of the cost and packages for Power BI commercial use:

    1. Power BI Pro: Power BI Pro is licensed on a per-user basis. The cost of Power BI Pro is $9.99 per user per month. With Power BI Pro, you get data collaboration, data governance, the ability to build dashboards with a 360-degree real-time view, and the ability to publish reports anywhere. You can try Power BI Pro for free with a 60-day trial before purchasing the subscription.
    2. Power BI Premium: Power BI Premium provides dedicated capacity, report sharing, and enhanced performance without per-user licenses. The cost of Power BI Premium varies depending on the specific SKU and the organization’s requirements. The entry-level SKU of Power BI Premium costs $4,995 per month. Power BI Premium is recommended for organizations with at least 500 users or those working with very large datasets, needing dedicated capacity, or requiring larger storage capacity.

The legal terms for Power BI usage can be found on Microsoft's official website and may vary based on the specific subscription and organizational requirements. It's recommended to review the terms and conditions directly on the Microsoft website

I hope this is helpful! Best Regards, Utkarsh
