Editing a Microsoft Form while in use by others - questions about user views during editing and steps to finalize edits

I am editing a Microsoft Form that various outside our agency/community users complete throughout the day every day and have a few questions. 1) If a user clicks the link to complete the Form while I am editing, will they see the edits live time as I am editing? 2) When will the edits be viewable - is it when I exit the Form? 3) I understand the link will remain the same, however, do I need to do any kind of refresh or special step to finalize the edited Form and what steps would those be?

    Dear Tamara,

Good day! Thank you for posting your query in our community.

Here are the answers to your questions based on my test:

    The first question: No.

The second question: When users refresh the page, they can see the modifications you made in the form.

The third question: You don't need to take any steps after editing. When users use this link to enter the form after you have finished editing, they can directly see the latest form.

    Sincerely,
