Help! I cannot search my files in my copilot prompt area.

Hello,

I cannot search my files in my copilot prompt area.

When I prompt 'Create a presentation to promote this /', the copilot always shows the message 'I can't find that file right now. Check the name of the file, or try again in a bit.'

I have both copilot pro license and Microsoft365 personal license.

And I just want to do the same thing in this video.

    Hi Jianzhang, this is Bryll

Thank you for raising this to our attention.

We would like to let you know that Copilot Pro license is still under its infancy and further development is still ongoing. Creating of presentation in PowerPoint with Copilot Pro license is still not available as of the moment but it is being looked after by the Microsoft developer team which should be released soon. For your reference: Create a new presentation - Microsoft Support

While in the interim, we recommend that you check for Microsoft Office updates from time to time then monitor if Copilot will be functional already in PowerPoint. Install Office updates - Microsoft Support

Looking forward for you to be among the initial users to utilize Copilot in PowerPoint.

    Best regards,

    Bryll

Respectfully, if Copilot Pro is 'still under its infancy and further development is still ongoing. Creating of presentation in PowerPoint with Copilot Pro ... is still not available as of the moment ...' then why is the function being promoted in Microsoft's promotional media like the video linked by the author of this thread? I'm smelling the acrid odour of false advertising. Microsoft shouldn't be promoting functions which are, in reality, non-functional.
