Split from this thread.

Version AutoUpdate 4.67 will not install at all on Monterey 12.7.2 even closing MS applications and restarting Mac.

What to do?

Microsoft 365 and Office | Install, redeem, activate | For home | MacOS

    Dear Markku Hämäläinen,

Thanks for your time and patience.

Per your description, AutoUpdate 4.67 will not install on Monterey 12.7.2.

To understand the exact scenario and narrow down the issue, may I know if there is any error message when it doesn't install? Could you please share a screenshot of it?

By the way, if you want to update Office apps, you may try another way, directly download Office update package for version 16.81 from this support article Update history for Office for Mac

Welcome to post back if you have any update. I'll be glad to help you further.

Thanks for your cooperation and understanding. I hope that you are keeping safe and well!

    Sincerely,

    Tina | Microsoft Community Moderator
