How do I use the replace function (especially in Microsoft Word), but only for a specific page?

Let's say I want to replace "Ytd" with "Year to date," but only for a specific range of pages, such as page 4-9, instead of whole document.. How do I do that?

I tried to check the "more" , then "format-->style" Option but I can't find options to filter which page I wanna replace the text.

You may need to your Find Next\Replace to move through the document, only clicking the Replace button for the instances where you want the text replaced.

Select the text in which you want to run the replace.

When Word asks if you want to search the rest of the document, say "No."

Hi Kenyon! Sorry for the late reply! I hardly opened Outlook mail for the past few days; the website wouldn't load, and I couldn't even get the question follow-up email!

you mean block/highlight them right? Thank you!

Is there any way to select page? Sometimes, they are like 40 pages which quite a work to highlight them. Some times they are sepearated like page 1-14, 20-30, etc, which if we highglight them, and accidentaly missclick something, then they are gone
