MS Forms: Reminder Emails

Hello,

I have an active form.

I've seen this help article already: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/all/ms-forms-reminder-emails-microsoft-roadmap-id/546ed139-14c1-4a12-8d76-3ae57f5fd632 but it doesn't address my question fully

Does the "Send reminder to all of your recipients" Remind them [button]" send the reminder to users who have filled out the form already as well? I see this remind them button when I open up the form.

    For your question No, the "Send reminder to all of your recipients" Remind them [button]" in a Microsoft Form does not send the reminder to users who have already filled out the form.

    This button only sends the reminder to users who have not yet filled out the form.

    I understand that this may be confusing, as the button says "all of your recipients." However, Microsoft Forms defines "recipients" as the people who have been invited to fill out the form, not the people who have already filled out the form.

    That is not correct for me. It sends a reminder to everyone, including those who have responded. Not sure if this is a recent change as I don't recall that being how it worked before. Previously it only sent to those who had not completed it.

    Ok, thanks - I was hoping that I could use the "Send reminder" to get an overview of those who did not reply - without actually sending out the mail.

    Hello

    I use MS Forms every month to make e.g. safety quizzes in our organization.

    Can I use the "Send reminder" button, if I only want to SEE those who have not responded yet, or does the mail go out the minute I press the button?
