Hi

I am trying to save this excel document into Microsoft lists and keep getting an Unexpected token 'A', "Action 1 ("... is not valid JSON) message.

I only have 74 rows and 10 coloums, I don't know why it won't save the table?

Can you please advise what I may need to change formatting wise so I can upload it?

I have the exact same issue. Trying to import an Excel with a table in it. The table includes things like date, numbers, email addresses, URLs, strings, conditional formatting, colored cells etc. Only 150 rows and handful of columns. Can you please help?

    Dear Shannon Spolander

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you

If my understanding is right, we have tested it on our side and we can import simple table without any problem. As shown below:

    Image

For the situation you encountered, we do understand the inconvenience caused and apologize for it. And generally, in official article, it mentioned you can use tables with up to 20,000 rows to create a list. Please check if you have more than 20,000 rows, for your reference: Create a list based on a spreadsheet

At the same time, to better understand your situation, could you provide the information below?

    1. We’d suggest you can create a new Excel file with Title column and name column we showed above to check if the same problem will occur.
    2. To narrow down this issue is related to your account or local environment, may I know if all colleagues have the same problem?
    3. Could you provide the screenshot of error message?

We look forward to your reply. Your understanding and patience will be highly appreciated. I hope that you are keeping safe and well!

    Sincerely,
