    Thank you for reaching out to us. I am Blessing, an independent advisor here and a Microsoft user like you.

    Publisher is always available with a Microsoft 365 subscription. However, Publisher is available on PC only.

    Hi Anton, Publisher and Access is available for Microsoft 365 Personal but for PC only

    Buy Microsoft 365 Personal (formerly Office 365) – Subscription Price | Microsoft Store UK Scroll down to bottom of page.
