I can't change the country from USA to Canada on my new billing options

Originally bought Office 365 in the States and my debit card had a US address on it. Now back in Canada, have new debit card and am unable to change address to Canadian one to match new card.

    Thank you for reaching out to us. I am Blessing, an independent advisor here and a Microsoft user like you.

    Sorry for the experience. However, in order to change your payment method, you need to ensure the following:

    1. You have updated your Microsoft store region and device region to reflect Canada which is your current region.
    2. You have canceled your existing subscription that was purchased in the United States.

    If you have done the above, once your subscription is expired, you will be able to add a new payment method (Canadian) and purchase from your new region Canada.

    Understand that Microsoft subscription has regional restriction, this means you need to purchase from the region of use and renewal. You cannot purchase in US and renew in Canada.
