    Just so you understand, there is no existing template for what you want. People here may be able to help you create one, though.

    To do that, we would need to have a much better understanding of your design criteria.

    I suspect you mean one that will create a document that has a TOC cover page and the equivalent of loose-leaf binder tabs either on the side or on the bottom of every page.

    Your request isn't very clear. A binder is a cover for holding loose sheets of paper, magazines, etc. together, such as a 3-ring binder used by many students. Please provide a more detailed description of the project.

    Additionally, be sure to include the specific Version Numbers of the Mac Office software you're using & the macOS release you're running.
