I want to rename an Azure DevOps project following the steps outlined here. I am an Administrator.
When I get to the prompt warning about the implications of the rename, I check "I understand." The Save button remains disabled. What am I doing wrong?

I had the same problem. I dont know why but you need to change the name from organization settings and then it works.
