Office 365 (Sharepoint) Downloadable Guide

Hi,

I've been looking for a comprehensive guide for all the facets of Office365, and more specifically Sharepoint, but so far I've only found either outdated versions or incomplete documents.

Is there any where I could download such a PDF guide, even if it is split between Office365 tools (E.g. Teams, Sharepoint, Outlook, etc...)

I'm looking for this as Sharepoint is very complex and has many layers.

Kind regards,

    Dear Yassin,

    Good day!!

Apologies for the inconvenience caused and please don’t worry, let’s work together on your concern and move towards a resolution path.

I understand your concern and I found the following articles that which will explain about the functionality of the SharePoint Online in detail: Get started with SharePoint - Microsoft Support

Note: Even though the screenshots shown in the above article were not up to date but if you click on the links in the Try thissection, you will be able to find the screenshot with the updated screenshots.

Moreover, I found a blog where it shows the live training videos about the Microsoft 365 products: Live and on demand user training – Microsoft Adoption

In addition, please also refer to this page: SharePoint – Microsoft Adoption

Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused and since there will be a separate team for publishing and modifying the articles published by Microsoft (where moderators in this community focus on the users having the issues related to Microsoft products), I would like to suggest you report it to the related team via adding the feedback in the article:

Go to the end of the Microsoft article and provide the feedback:

At last, if you are facing any issues with the usage of SharePoint Online, you can feel free to post a new thread in this community where we will try our best to assist you.

Note: For any queries related to Microsoft Teams or Outlook or Exchange Online etc, I would like to request you to post your concern in the related category of this community.

Appreciate your patience and understanding. Have a great day!!

    Best Regards,

    Sophia

    Hi,

My question is that I´m wondering how I can create two different Document Library in two different pages in Sharepoint because right now they are the same in both pages.
