How to activate office 365 free year subscription comes with new device?

I am a Microsoft user just like you, I hope you are doing well.

New devices are usually pre-installed with Office licenses which can be redeemed and activated by signing into any Office application using your Microsoft account or you will be issued a product key which you will redeem.

Do you know which of this scenarios applies for your device?

Did you sign into any Office application to activate?

From Word, open a blank file and go to File >New from template > Sign in.

1. Type "Activate Office" and click Get Help.
2. Click Login and Contact Support at the bottom of the page.
3. Log in with your Microsoft account.
4. Under products and Services, select Microsoft 365 and Office Option.
5. Under category, select "Activate my product"
6. Click "Chat with a support agent".

Thanks Raymond for replying. I signed in to the account and previously there was a pop up asking me to activate my product but I was busy then and ignored it. Now it’s didn’t appear for a while already and I’m sure that it hasn’t expired yet
