Clarity on pricing and number of emails we get on one subscription

Dear Microsoft,

We are interested in purchasing your Microsoft 365 Business Standard service. Currently, we use GoDaddy to provide emails for our employees and have Microsoft installed on five employee computers. We need clarification regarding the number of emails included in a single Microsoft 365 Business Standard subscription. Additionally, we're unsure whether there will be an additional cost beyond $12.50 each time we provision an email for a new employee.

Could you please provide the total monthly and annual costs if we were to purchase one Business Standard subscription, create 11 email accounts, and install Microsoft 365 on five different computers? We'd like to understand the comprehensive pricing structure before proceeding with the purchase.

    Hello Muhammad Abeel, thank you for your interest in Microsoft 365 Business Standard. Each Microsoft 365 Business Standard subscription includes email hosting for up to 300 users. Therefore, you can create up to 300 email accounts with one subscription. There is no additional cost for provisioning new email accounts.

    The cost of one Microsoft 365 Business Standard subscription is $12.50 per user per month, billed annually. For 11 email accounts, the total monthly cost would be $137.50, and the total annual cost would be $1,650.

    Regarding the installation of Microsoft 365 on five different computers, you can install Microsoft 365 on up to five PCs or Macs per user. Therefore, you can install Microsoft 365 on a total of 25 computers with one subscription.

    Presently, we have 12 employees and anticipate growth. Please advise on the most suitable plan encompassing the following services for each employee:

    1. Microsoft applications for both computer and mobile devices.
    2. Personalized email with the same domain.
    3. Individual cloud storage.
    4. Individual email storage.

    Could you also clarify if we purchase a single Microsoft 365 Business Standard subscription would it cover 12 emails under the same domain and provide Microsoft apps for both computer and mobile devices for all 12 employees?
