    Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

    As per your description, to share an Excel spreadsheet with others, use OneDrive or SharePoint:

    1.Save/upload your Excel file to your OneDrive or SharePoint Online library.

    2.Click on 'File' and then 'Share' within Excel.

    3.Choose 'Share type', depending on what you see.

    4.Enter the email addresses of the people you want to share with.

    5.Choose whether each person can edit or only view the file.

    6.Click 'Share'.
