my co worker and I received access to try Microsoft designer. When we enter our emails it says “email cannot be recognized or does not exist.” We both are logged into office365 apps and one drive. Plus we have logged out of everything and signed back in no issues. We have cleared our cache, cookies and history. And still nothing. How do we resolve this?

Almost a year later and still the same issue, and situation, it's a shame they don't include enterprise users in the use of this tool, personally, I see this being more of a business use tool and you would think they would allow it on a MS365 Business but no luck. weird choice but it is what it is.

It's now eight (8) months later, is Designer still officially unavailable for Enterprise User's. And if so, is there any timeline as to when it might become available for Enterprise users.

    Hello Samantha,

    Welcome to the Microsoft community.

According to this blog post, I noticed that Microsoft Designer is mainly available for Microsoft 365 Personal and Family subscribers.

Since the section where you posted the thread has been moved, I'm wondering if you and your colleagues are logged in using personal Microsoft accounts?

I also tried to join the Microsoft Designer waitlist with a personal account and a business account, and I was able to join the waitlist with both accounts to gain access. However, when I logged in with the business account, I got the same error message as you did. As you can see, Microsoft Designer is not yet open for enterprise users, so although you have access, you will still get an error when logging in with a business account. At present, Microsoft Designer is still in the stage of exploration and development, and it will be gradually opened to all users.

Currently, if you want to use Microsoft Designer, you may need to use your personal Microsoft account to join the waitlist and access it.

Feel free to post back if you need further assistance.

    Sincerely

Mavis - MSFT | Microsoft Community Support Specialist

I hope they open this up to Business Accounts. I have a personal business and would not want to spend money for a 365 account just to use the ADDED features. BTW does anyone know what those added features are?

I got in using my personal account!

It would be a shame for those with business accounts not to have access to this amazing tool! I DM'd the Microsoft Designer account on Twitter, and they sent me an invitation to skip the waitlist and I am currently trying it on my personal account.
